Water Purification Water Treatment Water Filter Reverse Osmosis System Equipment
How the Reverse Osmosis Equipment Works
The ro water treatment is a process in which dissolved inorganic solids (such as salts) are removed from a solution (such as water). This is accomplished by pressure of high pressure pump pushing the water through a semi permeable membrane. The membrane (which is about as thick as cellophane) allows only the water to pass through, not the impurities or contaminates. These impurities and contaminates are flushed down the drain.
Ultimately, the factors that affect the performance of a Reverse Osmosis System are:
Incoming water pressure
Water Temperature
Type and number of total dissolved solids (TDS) in the water
The quality of the filters and membranes used in the RO System (see operating specs)
How to Select the Right water treatment system
Crane Environmental has the most complete line of Reverse Osmosis equipment in the industry. To select the right Reverse Osmosis system for your application, there are four primary considerations; the type of raw water, the quality of the product water required, the capacity of product water required, and any special features such as storage, repressurization, or mounting.
Technical route and flow diagram instructions
The technical route is as following.
Raw tank-->Booster pump -->Quartz sand filter-->activated carbon filter--->Anti-scalant
dosing-->Sediment filter-->High pressure pump-->RO desalination device-->Permeate tank
